Privacy and Logging Policy

Account data

We store account email, hashed identifiers, API-key metadata, billing records, and configuration needed to provide the service. Secrets and proxy passwords are encrypted or hashed where applicable.

Traffic and telemetry

NexaLayer processes connection metadata needed to provision and operate sessions. Optional telemetry may include event type, status code, target hostname, latency, and byte counts. Do not submit page content, cookies, credentials, or personal data in telemetry. NexaLayer does not intentionally store proxy payload bodies.

Retention

Operational API and security logs are retained for up to 30 days by default; billing and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, disputes, and law. Shorter or contractual retention may be available for enterprise accounts.
