Refund Policy

Effective: 13 October 2026

Unused account credit is not automatically refundable. Duplicate charges, confirmed provisioning failures, or billing errors may be reviewed within 14 days. Usage already delivered, blockchain network fees, and resources reserved from suppliers are normally non-refundable. Ending a static Session early does not automatically refund the underlying resource.

Send the order ID, transaction hash when applicable, and API request ID to @LEWISMIN. Never send an API Key or proxy password.
