Service Level Policy

Target monthly availability for the NexaLayer control API is 99.9%, excluding announced maintenance, upstream carrier or blockchain outages, customer configuration, abuse mitigation, and force majeure. Availability is measured at the public API edge. This public target is not a service-credit commitment; paid enterprise service credits require a signed order form.
