Terms of Service

Permitted use

Use NexaLayer only for lawful, authorized activity and comply with target-site terms. Credential abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, spam, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

Accounts and billing

API Keys belong to one account and must be protected. Prices and estimated charges are shown before purchase. Automated clients should configure spend limits and idempotency keys.

Trial credit

Trial credit is a one-time promotional benefit for eligible new accounts. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, pooled, or used to create duplicate trial accounts. NexaLayer may refuse, suspend, or revoke trial credit where we reasonably identify abuse, fraud, or an attempt to evade eligibility controls. Revocation of trial credit does not reduce funds purchased by the account holder. Contact support if you believe a trial decision was made in error.

Service

Availability targets are described in the SLA. We may suspend activity that threatens users, third parties, or the service.
